File Clerk keeps foremost records of the company's paper and documents. He can add a new article to the file and if necessary make new records. He has also the right to enter document identification codes into systems in order to decree locations of documents to be retrieved. He can track materials which are removed from the files and make sure that borrowed files are returned back.
